William George Kissel, 92, passed away March 30, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Watertown, New York on December 21, 1926 to William S. Kissel and Hazel Snyder Kissel.
He is survived by his loving wife, Doreen Strobert Kissel; children, Diane Kissel and William B. "Bill" Kissel; and many other relatives and friends.
