William Harlie "Bill" Foster II, 74, of Arlington, Texas passed away Sunday, February 17, 2019.
He was born in Milford, Connecticut on June 11, 1944 to Dudley and Edith Foster.
Bill is survived by his loving wife, Judy Foster; children, William Foster III "Trey", Kiki Foster Holmes, Christy Risenhoover, and Scott Palmer; grandchildren, Corey Holmes, Marcus Holmes, Hunter Foster, Kathlyn Risenhoover, and Reid Risenhoover; great-grandchildren,
Leo, Chanel, and Brendon; sister, Sandra and husband, Don Morris of Arlington, Texas; brother, David and wife, Laura Foster of Tucson, Arizona; sister in law, Mary Foster of Rochester, Michigan; and many other family and friends.
Preceded in death by his brother, Richard Foster.
Bill is a graduate of Arlington High School. He graduated in 1962.
