Victor was born in Long Beach, California, on August 24, 1956.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Tony and Ruby Cuellar; and his aunt and uncle, Antonio and Reyes Ortiz who raised him when he came to Dallas at the age of 2 years old. He attended Gabe P. Allen Elementary, Thomas Jefferson Middle
School, and L.G. Pinkston High school in Dallas, but he graduated high school in South Carolina.

Victor is survived by his brother, Larry Cuellar; and sisters, Nancy Salazar, Gail Jauregui, and Toni Cuellar.

A Celebration of Life Memorial for Victor Cuellar will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 1, 2019 at:
