Obituary

Good morning world. I took my first breath on August 3, 1945, in Groesbeck TX. I was welcomed by my parents, Norman and Savanna Brown 7th, out of 10. I was funny, loving, and curious. My childhood was full of many adventures with my brothers and sisters! I enjoyed sports, particularly basketball I even played high school ball. A few years after graduation I was drafted into the Air Force in 1965. I was in the Air Force until 1973. After ending my career in the military, I went to work at the postal service.

Over the years I was able to experience so many different things. But nothing compared to the birth of my daughter! I made sure she knew she was the most beautiful part of me! And that she was the most beautiful thing I ever laid eyes on. I had many ups and downs in life but I always pushed through. God kept me and I was able to love and be loved. From my first breath to my last I loved you all!

Fortunately, I leave behind a profound legacy, one I was proud to be a part of. I leave my baby girl, Veronica; my daughter, Starlene Harris (husband Ed Harris); my son, Joshua James (wife Karly James); my brothers and sisters, Patsy Smith (husband Edward Smith) Norman Brown, Howard Brown, Edgar Brown (Wanda Brown); my grandchildren, Jeremih, Kameran, Annika, Joseph, Jaylen, E.J., Josh, Chris and Jacob. A bunch of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, I know my love will continue because of each of you.
