Terry Ray Hobson, 62, passed away April 14, 2019. He was born in Topeka, Kansas, on February 20, 1957 to Louis Ray Hobson and Karen Louise Schilling Hobson. Terry lived a life full of hobbies. He collected baseball cards with his son, played on the piano with his daughter, took his family to Texas Ranger games, grilled food out back for everyone, took college courses on subjects like Archeology and Music Appreciation, and later he found a love for photography after an Alaskan trip with friends. After many years of photography classes at TCC, he began assisting the Photo Lab Team and became an invaluable part of the department. He was always there to help students in the lab and even model for them when needed. He had become an emerging artist at local festivals, including Main Street Arts Festivals and Arts Goggle. Terry loved sharing his knowledge with anyone that wanted to talk arts. He has always been an artist at heart. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Karen Hobson.

Terry is survived by his son, Eric and his wife Rebel; daughter, Jessica and her husband Mike; grandchild, Rick; brother, Dan and his wife Cindy; sister, Cindy and her husband David and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

A celebration of life will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Terry's house, 1100 Springdale Rd., Bedford, TX76021.
