Arlington, TX — A truly fabulous force of nature, Terry Ann Freeman made her transition on January 27, 2021.

Terry Ann was a one-of-a-kind spirit who has left an indelible print on everyone she met. Her legacies of love, generosity and fun will live on through her family and friends.

Terry was born on December 28, 1946 in Sweetwater, TX to Geraldine (Farley) Voss and Cecil Voss. Upon her graduation from Arlington High School, Terry Ann moved to New York City and became an Eastern Airlines stewardess (as they were called in the day). Terry Ann married and converted to Judaism for that short marriage — but the teachings and principles she kept and were inspired by for the rest of her life.

But the great love of her life is Terry R. Freeman—a dashing Oklahoma man she married in 1980. They were forever known as Girl Terry and Boy Terry.Together, for over 40 years, they enjoyed travel, golf, sporting events and the company of family and friends.

Terry Girl was especially in love with her nieces Bree, Olivia and Chloe, her grandniece and grandnephew Macyn and Miller as well as her stepsons Todd and Scott. Nothing delighted her more than attending their sporting events, birthdays, graduations with great gusto — and just being part of their everyday lives. She was the fun aunt who tirelessly laughed and played with them. To them, Aunt Terry was the bomb.
Terry Ann is survived by her loving husband Terry R. Freeman, her sister Karen (Voss) Cushman, her brother Mark Voss (Lisa), her niece Bree Guthrie McCaffrey (John), her grandnieces and nephew, her stepsons, aunts, cousins and so many friends.
