Steven
Bohrer
d. Jun 3, 2023
Steven Bohrer passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2023, surrounded by loved ones after a hard-fought battle with cancer.
The youngest of four siblings, Steve was born in Duncan, Oklahoma, and later moved with his family to Midland, Texas. He graduated from Midland's Robert E. Lee High School and then proudly attended Texas Tech University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. After graduation, he began a successful career in sales. He had a passion for hunting, fishing, skiing, camping, and anything outdoors, especially accompanied by his beloved dog(s). He was a talented craftsman, and we were all amazed and so proud of the furniture and the cabin that he built from the ground up. Steve had a strong work ethic like his parents. He was dependable and took pride in all he did. He loved and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and developed many rich and long-lasting friendships. Steve left us much too soon and will be greatly missed.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Keith and Margaret Bohrer, and brother, Darrell Bohrer. He is survived by his brother Ken Bohrer and wife Tammy, sister Pam Brotherton and husband Ralph, daughter Lindsey Sivesind, grandsons Connor and Riley Sivesind, nephews Jason Bohrer and wife Renee, Zane Bohrer and wife Amy, Blake Brotherton, Lance Brotherton and wife Jessica, and numerous great nephews and great nieces, aunts, and cousins.
The celebration of his life will be on Friday, August 4, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 2100 N. Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012. Memorial donations may be made in his honor to the SPCA of North Texas (spca.org) or the DFW Humane Society (dfwhumane.com).
