Sterling Ballard, Jr., 58, loving husband, grandfather, and great-grandpapa passed away February 14, 2020 in Dallas, Texas. He was born in Fairfield, Texas to Sterling Ballard, Sr., and Alice Baree Ballard. He is preceded in death by his parents, whom he truly loved.

Survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Jacqueline; three children, grandchildren, Preston, his 1st great- grandchild who was his little loving treasure; four sisters, two brothers, nieces and nephews including an humble host of friends and devoted co-workers and supervisors.

Sterling will be remembered by his love for carpentry, cooking, gardening as well as a master mechanic in which he held many awards and certificates; his love for God's word, "The Bible" which was written on his heart. All of these things made him a complete "Man of God".

Gentle and kind, Sterling my love, you will truly be missed but forever in my heart. Rest in peace My Love. God makes no mistakes, He loves you. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that who so ever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
