Sandra Lou Conger, 84, passed away on Tuesday December 29, 2020.
Due to the covid situation, the family has chosen not to have a memorial service at this time.
Sandra was born on August 19, 1936 in Waco, Texas to John Drew "Booty" Johnson and Gertrude Williams Johnson.
She was a long-time member and volunteer at Johnny High Music Review in Arlington Texas.
Her hobbies included: traveling to see her children and their families in Arkansas and spending time with many of her friends. She loved Florida, Mexico, New Mexico, taking cruises to Alaska, Cancun, and Jamaica, camping, being outdoors with flower or vegetable gardens, doing ceramics and keeping a daily journal.
The one thing constant for sure was the love she had for all her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Robert Drew Conger and wife, Sharon McCorkle Conger of Burleson, TX; grandchildren, John Drew Conger, Stephanie Conger of Oklahoma, Brooke Savko of Fort Worth ,TX, and Blaire Savko of Las Vegas, NV; and great-grandchildren, Cayliauna Conger of Oklahoma, and Lexaues Jones of Las Vegas, NV.
Daughter, Suzan K. Swan and husband, William Bruce Swan of Piggott, Arkansas; grandchildren, William Gene Swan and wife, Maragret Switzar Swan both of Bentonville, Arkansas, Somer Louise Green and husband, Aaron Green of Campbell, Missouri; and great-grandchildren, the late Hunter Kyle Midkiff,Katleyn Erin Green, and Caleb Justin Green of Campbell, Missouri.
Daughter, Aletha DeDe Chamberlin and husband, Mark Chamberlin of Gulf Breeze, Florida; grandchildren, Derik Patton and wife, Joni Patton of Arlington Texas, Dustin Patton of Carlsbad, California and Nikki and Josh Chamberlin of Fort Walton Beach, Florida; and great-grandchildren Abbey and Emma Patton of Arlington.
