Robin Jean Torragrossa, 77, passed away October 29, 2020 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born in Buffalo, New York on March 27, 1943.

Robin was an avid reader, who loved swimming, animals, and her family. After graduating from Kensington High School in Buffalo in 1960 she attended Brockport State University. She worked for many years as a telephone operator for Bell Telephone, later Nynex. She was forced to retire due to disability and in 1985 moved to Texas with her husband Jim.

Robin is survived by her son, Matthew Heimberg and his wife Mary; her daughter Jennifer Washburn and her husband Michael Wright; Granddaughters Amanda Danziger, Marcelle Simpson, Ashley Garrett, Lisa DiMartinis, and Kayla Washburn; plus 9 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends and her dog Chili. She was pre-deceased by her husband James Torragrossa.
