Obituary

Bud will be remembered by everyone that knew him as a hard working, loving and honest family man. He lived for his family. He treasured his memories of Sheridan. His love for the country life followed him into the big city life where he lived out his days. He will me missed forever by those of us left here without him. This photo is Mr. Bar and Bud in Vernon TX. He loved it out there. He loved fishing, watching football, spending time with his grand daughters Kaleigh & Kathrine. He loved to grow citrus trees, palm trees, banana trees. He loved taking care of the little oasis outside for the kids and grands. He spent 15 years at Graff Chevrolet as the pre owned Manager, he spent the remainder of his work career at Chuck Fairbanks Chevrolet. There are so many things to say about him. I know y'all will have your own memories and stories. I wish I had the words, I just don't. All I can say is never forget the great man that passed away 6/12/18. He's now forever watching over us with the angels who got there before him. He was preceded in life by his Dad, Jerry Mayo. Other family include S.E. Mayo, "Pappy" Mayo, He's survived by his Wife, Teresa Mayo, Children, Jessica Demele, Billy Mayo, & Macy Mayo, extended family members, Jim Massey, JayAnn Massey, Georgia Lambert, Jeremy Massey, Hayden Walters, Eddie Massey, Mother, Allen K Mayo, Brother, Skip Mayo and so many more.
