Paula, 89, of Fort Worth, passed away on Oct 27th, 2025, in Fort Worth.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on November 15th at All Saints' Episcopal School Chapel, with Father Bartkus of All Saints' Episcopal Church officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.

Paula was born in Fort Worth to Paul and Ann Brewster on February 10th, 1936. She went to AHHS in Fort Worth. After she graduated from TCU with her Nursing degree, she married Cliff Baker, on May 5th, 1965, in Fort Worth. Later she attended UNT in Denton, to complete her required continuing credits in Nursing. She worked as an Oral Surgery Nurse until the birth of her daughter in 1967. In 1977, she began working at All Saints' Episcopal Day School as both the Librarian and Nurse. When the new school campus was established, she began in the position of Head of Infirmary. She was awarded Fort Worth Teacher of the Year and later the Saints' Award. Paula was an avid Genealogist and published many books about her family's history and the City of Fort Worth. She also enjoyed Scrapbooking, Sewing, and playing Keeno.

Paula is preceded in death by both of her parents as well as her husband, Cliff, who passed away in 2009.

Paula is survived by her daughter, Christi Baker Levy, and Son-In-Law, Bryan Levy; granddaughter, Dr. Misti Levy Zamora, and husband, Dr. Ryan Zamora; grandsons, Luke and Logan Levy; great-grandsons, Dominic and Ezekiel Zamora; and niece, Lyne Lossow.

In lieu of flowers, our family requests that donations be made to the PaulaBakerMemorialFund@outlook.com via the Zelle application. These contributions will be utilized to acquire books for distribution among the Neighborhood Free Little Libraries and the Fort Worth Public Libraries. If you wish to have specific book/books purchased, please include that information. Also, a receipt can be provided. Each donated book will contain an interior sticker that features a "Desert Rose," symbolizing Paula's stoneware dish set, and will include her name, birth and death dates, and a tribute to her dedicated service as a longtime librarian. We aim to perpetuate her passion for reading by sharing books in honor of the broadest possible audience.
