Lyndol W. Oyler, 74, lifelong resident of Arlington, Texas passed on May 4th, 2021 surrounded by loved ones. He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel EllwoodOyler and his mother, Mary Agatha Wright Oyler. He is survived by his very close friend, Marta Curtis; his son, Aaron N. Oyler and daughter-in-law, Robin N. Oyler; his brother, DanielDennis Oyler and sister-in-law, Sherrian K. Oyler; his sister, Karen Agatha(Oyler)Platner and brother-in-law, Glen Ray Platner; his aunt, Jean (Oyler) Childress; his aunt, Dora Lynn (McCormick) Wright; as well as many wonderful cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends from the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #8911 and #6111 .
Lyndol was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was retired from Ben E. Keith. He loved playing pool, enjoying visiting with friends and family and will be missed dearly by all who knew him. The family will hold a private cremation ceremony at Mount Olivet Chapel in Fort Worth on Tuesday, May 18, 2021.Please join us to celebrate the life of Lyndol W.
