Karl Long II suddenly and unexpectedly passed away on July 17, 2023. Karl is survived by his daughter Britany who he loved and cherished very much, and Britany's mother Deborah Long. Karl is survived by four siblings Karline, Mark (Loretta), Edwin (Valeria), Erwin Long, many nieces and nephews Kimberly, Kevin, Johnny, Mary Richardson, and Jaron Long. He was a Great Uncle to many nieces, nephews, and will be missed by many relatives and friends.

Karl lived most of his life in Cleveland, Ohio. He was employed by The Plain Dealer for many years, he loved being a salesman. He loved to greet people with his smile and a handshake. He loved to dress like a model, and never forget that he loved his cigars too.

Karl moved to Texas in November 2015. He was a salesman for Total Wine. Most recently he was an excellent and dedicated salesman for Williams-Sonoma when he passed. Karl was loved by everyone; he had many friends in Texas and Cleveland. Karl will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at his favorite cigar shop, Cigar Warehouse at 2PM on Saturday, August 12, 2023 for his family and friends in Texas.

Karl will also be honored at a Celebration of Life Service in Cleveland, Ohio on Saturday, September 2, 2023 for friends & family.
