Karen Kay Howard, 64, passed away March 21, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Dallas, Texas on January 18, 1955 to Forest Kirk and Leta Faye Shields Kirk.

Karen was a graduate of Grapevine High School and a proud Texan. She loved music, finding a good bargain and cooking with her best friend Debbie.

She leaves to cherish her memories two loving sons, Kirk Howard and his wife Christina, Jeremiah Howard and his wife Courtney; two grandsons, Atreyu and Brick; father of her sons, Michael Howard; and many other relatives and friends who will miss her so much.

The Celebration of Life will be held on April 14th from 1pm to 3pm at the Lancaster/Palace Arts Theatre, 300 S. Main St. Grapevine, 76051. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Texas Scottish Rite Hospital.
