Judy Bess Whisner Phillips born April 10, 1948 in Phoenix, AZ to Virginia Ellen McGuyer and Charles E. Whisner, passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 3, 2022 in Grapevine, TX. Judy loved Jesus and her family very much. She loved horse racing, animals of all kinds, drawing and making arts and crafts. She worked many jobs over the years. She loved the people she met and getting to know anyone she encountered. Judy never met a stranger. She was known as Mom and Nanny to many that were not biologically hers, but that never mattered to her, she loved them all the same.  She is survived by her daughters, Marnie and Mike Hamilton of Justin, TX and Bree and Scott Thompson of Pittsburg, TX.  A brother, Charles Mack and Deborah Whisner of Weatherford, TX. She had 7 grandchildren, Sarah, Kelsey, Marvie, Tyler, Braidon, Michael, and Aubree, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson. As well as many other loved ones. She is preceded in death by her parents, Virginia and Charles E. Whisner, son T.J.W. (Watt) Faubus and grandson, Cody Thompson.
