John Michael "Mike" Farley passed peacefully Saturday, July 23, 2022. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Virginia Collins Farley, his daughter, Alana Farley, son, Austin Farley and wife Courtney, and seven grandchildren. Mike was born February 5, 1950 in Pineville, WV where he won a state championships in tennis. He worked his entire professional career in the metallurgical field mostly in sales within the steel industry. Mike was an avid golfer as well as devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He and Virginia were long-time members of Rolling Hills Country Club where he also served as a member of the board. He and Virginia were members of First United Methodist Church in Arlington. A memorial service will be held at the chapel of Arlington Villas Retirement Home on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 3pm to celebrate his life.
