Joe Weldon Neff passed away at home on January 6, 2023.  He was born in Fort Worth, Texas to Lee Weldon Neff and Velma Pauline Neff.  He was raised in Fort Worth, Texas and was a proud graduate of North Side High School Class of 1966.

Joe was an electrician, and member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, as was his father.  He was devoted to his dogs Baby (Bassett Hound) and Hank (black furry mutt).

Joe enjoyed his North Side High School classmates and looked forward to reunions and lunch get-togethers.

Joe is preceded in death by his parents, and survived by his sister Joy Neff Pleasant of Houston, Texas; niece Laurie Pleasant Wolf, her daughter Kennedy Leigh Wolf, and her husband Mark Harold Wolf, all of Houston, Texas; ex-wife Barbara Chapman of Weatherford, Texas; and other family members.

Joe will be cremated with no funeral services.
