Jimmy Wayne Camp age 63 passed away on August 2, 2026 in Lake Worth, Texas after a major stroke six months earlier. Born on September 11, 1962 in Atlanta, Georgia at the Fort McPherson Army base hospital. Jimmy was a resident of Springtown Texas at the time of his death. Jimmy loved to play the guitar and had quite a collection of dragon memorabilia. Jimmy never was scared to work and spent many years in the manufacturing business. Jimmy spent his life reading books and anything else he could find and was very intelligent. He could beat anybody in Jeopardy. Jimmy never was married, nor did he have any children of his own, but there was no shortage of kids to keep him on his toes. Jimmy is survived by his mother Shirley Camp, his brother Joe Camp, sister Sandra Camp, 9 nieces two nephews and 15 great nieces and nephews. Jimmy was proceeded in death by his father, Jerry Camp, sister, Sharon Phegley and brother, Eddie Camp. 

Celebration of life will be held at 5:00pm on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at the Holiday Inn Express, 3541 NW Jim Wright Fwy, Fort Worth, Texas 76106.
