Janet Elaine Story, 61, a strong and loving wife, mother, sister and friend passed away in her home on May 27, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Arlington, Texas on April 16, 1958 to John Herman Lowe Jr., and Elizabeth Geraldine Lowe.

Preceded in death by her parents, J. H. and Elizabeth Lowe; sisters, Melanie Hofsiss and Mary Catherine (Cay) Piggott; her grandparents, and some extended family.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Story; her children, Jacob (Jake) Story and wife Brittany, Andrea (Dolly) Story, Courtney Story and Ricky Story; grandchildren, Isaac Story, Isaiah Story, Shelby Story, Daniel (Danny) McGee, Carson Story and Camryn Story; siblings, Mary Clark, William (Bill) Lowe, Patricia (Pat) Lowe, Frances (Franny) Lowe, and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Per Janet's request, she is being cremated and the family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
