Fort Worth, Texas – Guy Lavigne, 75, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2026.

Graveside: 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 2301 N. Sylvania Ave. Fort Worth, Texas 76111.

Guy was born in Ohio but grew up in Michigan, where he met the love of his life, Tina. They were married on July 6, 1971, and eventually made their home in Texas. They shared 46 years of marriage together before Tina passed away on August 7, 2017.

He was a people person who enjoyed meeting others, making connections, and always finding a good deal. He had a love for camping, riding side-by-sides with his family, bowling, playing poker, and racing cars. He was a man of strong principles who believed in keeping his word and following through on his promises.

Guy will be remembered for the connections he made with others, his strong sense of integrity, and the many memories he created with the people he loved.

He is survived by his children, John and Darci; grandchildren, Jaslyn, Bailey and Emily; great-grandchildren, Kinsley, Caleb, Bruen and Evie; siblings, Gary, Garth and Audette; along with extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
