Floyd was born September 13, 1967 to Walter Frederick Lowe and Marjorie Mayberry.
He is survived by his mother, Marjorie Mayberry; brother, Walter Lowe, Jr.; seven loving sisters, Glenda, Mary, Patricia, Alice, Sheila, and LaDonna; also a lifelong best friend, Cornelius Stewart; andhost of nieces, nephews and friends.
His celebration of life will be a private memorial on Saturday April 25, 2020.
