Dennis J. Bailey, 9/8/1950-7/16/2022 – Dennis was born in Hempstead, NY but moved to Texas after his tour of duty in the Navy.  His Navy training in electronics prepared him for several jobs, ultimately leading to a long career with Lockheed in Fort Worth.  He was preceded in death by his father, Frederick Bailey and his only sibling, Geoffrey Bailey.  He is survived by his mother, Elfriede O'Sullivan of Boynton Beach, FL.  Dennis is also survived by all the friends he collected in all phases of his life.  His ashes will be scattered by his childhood friends in NY who will share their memories of those years growing up in Long Island as he is returned to their favorite places.  He also leaves all his Harley tribe to mourn his passing in Fort Worth.  Their friendship with Den has not ended – they are passing on their love for him by helping his family through this time.  Dennis was known to all as an animal lover – he always had cats and dogs that he loved as his constant companions.  No formal services are planned at this time.  If you wish to honor Dennis, contributions to any animal rescue would pay tribute to his love for his pets.
