Cheryl Kay Jeffries, a devoted mother and grandmother, passed away on March 26, 2025, at the age of 69, in Lancaster, TX. Born in Snyder, TX, on February 18, 1956, she spent her youth in Burleson, TX, where she graduated school and later retired as a nurse.

Her love for animals was evident in her close bond with her Yorkie, Samson, and her enjoyment of babysitting her neighbor's dog, Pepe. Living with Christina and Ms. Linda as the "Golden Girls," she found joy in cooking and entertaining those around her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Aubry and Nancy Jeffries; her twin sister, Renee Boyd; and brothers, Tommy and Richard Jeffries.

Survivors include her sister, Carol McKenny; brother, Larry Jeffries; sons, Duane Fair (spouse Kristin) and Steven Haynie (spouse Crystal); grandchildren, Jo Haynie and Michael Keeton; great-grandchildren, Lili and Rowan Keeton; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Kay will be remembered for her warmth, love for family, and passion for caring for others. She leaves behind cherished memories and will be deeply missed.
