Carol Donna Westerfield (Hamilton) passed away Tuesday February 9, in Grand Prairie, Texas, after a long illness. Her loving husband of 51 years Jerry Westerfield also passed away the same day (different causes).

She was born in Joliet, Illinois, on October 4 1948. She is survived by her sister Barbara (David) Moholick of Joliet, Illinois. Her family includes nephews;Robert (Mitzi ) Anderson of Morris, Illinois, Philip Anderson of Crest Hill, Illinois, Great nieces; Steffani (Jonathon) Bearden of Cartersville Georgia, Alexandra Anderson, Kaitliyn, Anderson and Donielle Anderson of Morris Illinois. Also surviving is her aunt May Schrank and numerous cousins.

Preceded in death by her parents Donald and Frieda (Schrank) Hamilton; and great niece Britany Anderson.

Carol graduated from Lockport High School in Lockport, Illinois. She enjoyed watching game shows and playing bingo. She was retired from retail sales, and was a homemaker Two of her greatest joys were her cat Boots and dog Choco.
