Longtime ARBOR REALTORS® member Carl Mincer passed away peacefully April 1, 2023 at the age of 86.

Carl was born October 1, 1936, in Detroit, Michigan. At the age of 18 entered the US Army and remained for 22 years.

After retiring, he joined the Real Estate world, and set it on fire, becoming the Arlington Board of REALTORS® ROY his first 8 years in the business.

One of the 1st agents enshrined in the Century 21 International Hall of Fame, he just had the "it" factor.

Whether he was entertaining everyone with his sense of humor, or showing off his great singing voice, he was a person who just had such a presence wherever he showed up.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Isa, his son Carl (Chuck), granddaughter, Chelcie Depriest, great grandchildren Emberly and Collin, as well as 2 sisters, Evelyn and Lorraine.
