BETTY JO LEE

August 28,1948 - August 20, 2022

Arlington, Texas - We are sad to announce the passing of Betty Jo Lee.' She died at the age of 73 on August 20, 2022. Betty passed away at AMH, surrounded by her closest family and friends.

Betty was born in Breckinridge TX to Lemuel Clyde Lee and Linnie Elizabeth Lee.

Betty had a passion for Jehovah, family, and dancing. She was always smiling and loved to have a good time. She had a quick wit and loved to pick on those closest to her with the utmost love and humor. She led by example with her positive attitude and charm in many of life's challenges, which she always found her way through. She loved to shop and her and her best friend since 8th grade, Joan Lewis, could out shop almost the entire town. When they met Joan shared her knowledge of Jehovah and they began studying the Bible on a regular basis. Betty's faith continued to grow. Betty's family moved months later which created distance between the two friends. However, this was location-wise only as their friendship still remained very much intact. Joan contacted Martha Burrough to take things over so Betty would still be able to continue her studies drawing her even closer to Jehovah.

Her happiest moments were when she spent time with her children, grandchildren and great children of which she had many.
Betty was preceded in death by her mother Evelyn, father Lemuel and sister Brenda Monsey. She is survived by her sister Linda Cuff, daughters Lorie and Donna, her grandchildren Ashton, Thomas and Sydney. Her great grandchildren Faron, Sire and Bayne.
